Where your perfume is made?

All our perfume is made in our very own studio based in Lithuania, EU. 

What is your delivery policy?

We offer standard shipping within the European Union. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We offer FREE delivery for orders over 50 EUR. For more information, please refer to our Delivery Policy page.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns unless your order came broken. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards processed via secure payment provider Stripe as well as PayPal and all major Lithuanian banks (payments processed via Paysera). 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on carries web tracking service (link will be provided). 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return the items according to our Returns Policy.
